Van Wall's Mobile Dyno
How to get the
most out of your machine
Since
DynoJet started making inertia based dynos, they have been the industry
standard. There are many brands and types of dynos that span a broad
range of measurement styles and ranges. The quality of the machine is
second to none, it’s easy to use, and it’s reliable. Once the machine
has been set-up correctly, it is also very repeatable, often within 1%.
Van Wall Motorsports’ vision is to become the “go-to” tuning center for
motorcycles and ATVs. We have the ability, knowledge, expertise, and
experience to do all of your inertia-based tuning needs. With 10 years
of experience with various models of dynos, we have what it takes. Our
Model 188 dyno is capable of accurately measuring up to 500 RWHP. It
will hold any unit with up to 56” wide wheel tracks and an 84”
wheelbase.
In most cases, simply tuning the engine to stoichiometric is not
enough. With today’s oxygenated fuels and higher compression ratios,
tuning the machine to what IT needs is the way to make power. With our
Lambda (exhaust O2 content) sensor, we have that ability.
Since this dyno is portable, it can be “rented with operator” for events
or clubs to utilize. It just takes a phone call 1 month in advance to
reserve the time. We have a very large selection of main jets and pilot
jets for Mikuni and Keihin carburetors. We also have the hook-up for
DynoJet’s PowerCommander III USB. We are certified by DynoJet in the PC
III USB’s specific tuning characteristics, advanced technology, and
unique abilities. Since fuel injection is becoming more and more common
in the motorcycle and ATV industry, we wanted to be up to speed with
this technology.
